I just watched the movie/documentary “American Teen” the other night and there was a scene in the film, where a girl “sexted” a guy. Well, it quickly got forwarded all over the school, virally. It might not be a bad idea to show this clip at a youth group and follow it up with good discussion. Some of the language might be inappropriate, but you could edit it out.
